Jack Schmitt Ford continues to grow and expand our business in Collinsville. We are looking for talented Sales Professionals to assist us with our growing levels of showroom, phone, and internet traffic.

We have an open floor and all sales can sell both new and used products, but we will need additional staff to handle all of the inventory that has been allocated to us and the additional leads and traffic.

We are looking for the right individuals to join our team. Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals who are ready to make a change and join a progressive team and a growing business.

Position is full time pay with the flexibility of a 4 day work week schedule. We offer one of the most competitive, simple pay plans in the area and an outstanding work environment. We also offer a full benefits package including partially company paid health insurance, paid holidays, Christmas Bonus program, vacation pay after 1 year of service, and a great 401k.

Must be at least 21 years old

• Must have 1 year or more of prior and recent dealership sales or related experience.
• Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

*Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are a must.

• Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand, sit, or kneel for several hours a day.
• Ability to multi-task and handle several phone calls at once.

Dealership and/or recent customer service retail experience a plus.

Salary and Commissions on our staff range from : $52,000.00 /year to $158,000 per year based on 2025 sales team results.
