Job Summary:

Honc Destruction, Inc. is expanding our team and looking for a motivated, hard-working Skilled Demolition Laborer to join our ground crew. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a physically active environment and enjoys working as part of a team in the construction and demolition industry.

If you have at least 2 years of construction experience, skid steer operating knowledge, and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support demolition operations by handling tools, materials, and debris removal
• Operate skid steers and other small equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist equipment operators and supervisors with various on-site tasks
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Load/unload materials and prepare job sites for demolition
• Work effectively in a team to complete projects on schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or demolition
• Experience operating a skid steer (required)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Self-starter with the ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Physically capable of working outdoors in ALL conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, some Saturdays
• Approximately 55 hours per week
