Summary

Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of a growing 135 on demand charter operation based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The business is poised for expansion, growing from 12 aircraft to 15 within12 months. Further expansion anticipated the next 3 years growing the fleet by 50%. We are a Citation, C525 (M2, CJ3 & CJ4) operator currently. Develop with the leadership team and ownership, sound financial growth plans while achieving the one-year plans.

Major Job Responsibilities

• Hire & retain key talent to support the growth plan while mentoring leadership


• Ensure everyone lives the Safety culture & standards


• Drive continuous learning / improvement while reducing costs


• Increase fleet utilization leading to profitability


• Deliver the annual one-year plans


• Develop with stakeholders and leadership team a 2-year strategic plan and deliver


• Deal with difficult people to resolve conflicts and achieve company objectives


• Work closely with the ownership group

Qualifications

• University Degree


• ATP 135 Charter Pilot Preferred – live and work in Scottsdale, AZ, - KSDL Base


• Track record of strong leadership working with teams in a growth environment


• Strong people and communication skills


• Problem solver working in a fast-paced environment


• Drive Safety Culture


• 135 Charter Pilot Background – “Know the business”


• Successful managing a profit and loss of a business

Pay: $200,000.00 per year
