Provide essential pharmacy services as a PRN Retail Pharmacist in Champaign, Illinois, supporting medication dispensing and patient care during a defined assignment from September 21 to 25. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist looking to apply retail pharmacy expertise in a fast-paced environment while working under the guidance of an experienced pharmacy manager.

• Champaign, Illinois

Schedule:

• September 21–25
• 1st shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and ensure safe delivery to all patients.
• Counsel and advise patients regarding their medication regimens, enhancing understanding and adherence.
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints following organizational policies.
• Maintain stock levels and control drug records as per regulatory requirements.
• Manage patient issues effectively, including clarifying third-party insurance coverage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and clear pharmacist license in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail pharmacy settings.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software; experience with Pioneer software preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
