Hiring 10 reliable, safety-focused, and energetic Delivery Drivers to join our fast-paced team in Pierre, SD. If you're dependable behind the wheel and committed to great customer service at every stop - we want to hear from you.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total — $500 paid after 90 days of employment and $500 paid after 7 months of employment (after Peak Season).

No CDL required. Paid training included. Multiple positions open - start fast.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate company vehicles, following all traffic laws and safety procedures
• Plan and run efficient routes for on-time delivery
• Load, unload, and handle packages with care
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain confirmations when required
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and flag any maintenance or safety issues
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members
• Resolve delivery concerns calmly and professionally

What You Bring (Required):

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Clean background check - no felony convictions
• Ability to pass a drug screening (where applicable)
• Strong customer service skills
• Sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages safely
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Prior delivery or commercial driving experience is a strong plus - not required.
