Within the Radiology department's Diagnostic Imaging service line, the Mammography Radiology Technologist will join a high-performing breast imaging program integrated across outpatient centers and hospital-based sites, benefiting from advanced scanners, same-day reads, evidence-based protocols, and a reputation that attracts strong referral volume and complex cases; the region's largest not-for-profit healthcare organization, featuring 10+ hospitals, over 200 outpatient centers, and 28,000+ employees. The Mammography Radiology Technologist will report to the Diagnostic Imaging Manager with day-to-day guidance from a Breast Imaging Supervisor and close collaboration with board-certified radiologists, friendly nurses, and a diverse multidisciplinary team, taking ownership of high-quality 2D and 3D screening and diagnostic mammography, compassionate patient positioning and education, MQSA and ACR-compliant quality control, exam optimization and safety, procedure support for stereotactic and tomosynthesis-guided interventions, accurate EHR documentation, and participation in performance improvement, accreditation readiness, precepting, and shared governance initiatives that amplify professional voice and growth.
