Role Description The Associate role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Charleston, SC, with some flexibility to work from home for administrative and follow-up tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting property inspections, documenting findings, assisting with report preparation, and organizing inspection-related records. The Associate will communicate with clients and real estate partners, schedule appointments, and help manage inquiries. The role also involves maintaining accurate data entry, following established inspection procedures, and coordinating with senior inspectors to ensure timely, high-quality service. Qualifications Ability to support inspection activities, including note-taking on-site, organizing findings, and assisting with basic report preparation. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple appointments, deadlines, and administrative tasks. Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, real estate professionals, and team members. Comfort with basic office software and digital tools for scheduling, data entry, and remote collaboration. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when documenting property conditions and maintaining records. Ability to work safely in and around residential and commercial properties, including climbing stairs and navigating varied environments. Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and integrity when representing the company on-site and remotely.
