PM&R Physician - NW Indiana | Flexible Schedule, Strong Rehab Team

Seeking a full-time BE/BC Physiatrist to join a growing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team in Northwest Indiana, providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation services with outreach coverage to surrounding regional sites.
