We are excited to offer a shift differential of $3.50 for hours worked between 10 PM and 6 AM . New graduates can start at an impressive wage of $36/hour ! Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Ensure that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions.
- Assign tasks, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Current licensure in the applicable state, maintaining an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the necessity to keep it current throughout employment.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Deliver nursing care competently and knowledgeably.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
