Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shifts: 1st Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Overtime: Available based on production needs

Job Summary

Snelling Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates / Palletizers for a manufacturing facility in Midlothian, Texas. This position is responsible for palletizing finished products, preparing materials for shipment, moving products throughout the facility, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work in a fast-paced production environment.

1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Both shifts follow a rotating 2-2-3 schedule:

• Work 2 days, followed by 2 days off.
• Work 3 days, followed by scheduled days off.
• Repeat the rotation.
• Work every other weekend as scheduled.

Overtime may be required based on production demands.

Job Responsibilities

• Palletize finished products according to company standards.
• Stack, wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Move products between warehouse and production areas.
• Inspect and organize finished goods for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow workplace safety policies and quality procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned.
• Work with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or palletizing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule, every other weekend, and overtime as needed.
