Description

• Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or its equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Must hold valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
