Swim Instructor- Paid Training Provided

Swim Instructor – Paid Training Provided Part‑time position located in Warson Woods. The instructor will teach students 4‑month to 12‑year‑old children water safety and swim techniques based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. Responsibilities Instruct swim classes and one‑on‑one lessons, ensuring a safe learning environment. Work 3–4 hours on some shifts, including a 4‑hour weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) and evening shifts until 7:30 p.m. Assist with class preparation, equipment setup, and post‑class clean‑up. Maintain accurate attendance and progress records. Qualifications Age 15 + (minimum age requirement). No formal swim experience required; on‑the‑job training provided. Must be willing to work in the water for 3‑4 hours on some shifts. Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills. Lifeguard certification required within the first 90 days of hire (in‑house certification provided). CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire (in‑house training available). Full‑time employees (20 + hrs per week) are eligible for full benefits; part‑time employees receive accrued PTO from the start. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $14–$16 per hour for part‑time; $15–$16 per hour for full‑time, with regular increases and bonuses. Paid training and certification provided.
