$45,000–$55,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus

Our client is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their claims department. This position is responsible for overseeing the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the claims department.
• Review, evaluate, and resolve complex or high-value insurance claims.
• Ensure claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor claim reserves, settlements, and payments.
• Investigate escalated claims and resolve customer complaints or disputes.
• Partner with underwriting, legal, risk management, and customer service teams to address claim-related matters.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, attorneys, medical providers, and independent adjusters.
• Support business objectives through strong claim resolution outcomes and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal and/or Commercial Insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
