Service Desk Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking Service Desk Technicians to provide first-level technical support for end users in an enterprise environment. This role will support employees through phone, email, and chat while troubleshooting a variety of hardware, software, and access-related issues. This service desk team is based in Oshkosh, WI. This position is fully onsite. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests. Respond to issues and inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve common end-user issues related to Microsoft applications, access requests, and general desktop support. Create, update, and manage tickets using ServiceNow. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when needed. Document issues and resolutions to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up. Support users during ongoing technology initiatives, including Microsoft 365-related projects and migrations. Common Technologies Supported Microsoft 365 (O365) Active Directory ServiceNow SAP User account and access management General break/fix and application support Qualifications Associates degree (either completed or in progress) in Information Technology or a related field is required. Experience with a help desk, service desk, technical support, call center, or customer service environment is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or ticketing systems is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a professional and timely manner. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
