Installation Technician

The Installation Technician deliver, assemble, and install fitness equipment while delivering an outstanding experience. This role blends mechanical skill, troubleshooting, documentation accuracy, and clear communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, assemble, and install commercial fitness equipment ensuring proper and safe installation methods
• Handle and move heavy objects safely and efficiently
• Maintain truck/van inventory; follow safety and housekeeping standards
• Experience operating and driving a 26' box truck with lift gate
• Communicate professionally, providing clear next steps and timelines
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve uptime, SLA adherence

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
• Mechanical/electro-mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand/power tools.
• Commercial fitness or similar field service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, organized, great communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, local travel (and occasional overnights) as needed.
• Basic proficiency with mobile apps/CRM/work-order systems.
• Forklift Certified
