Operations Analyst

Job Description
Global insurance brokerage firm seeking an experienced Operations Analyst. This firm offers competitive compensation, great benefits and many opportunities for growth.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Provide support to brokers, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams throughout policy lifecycle. \n
- Apply knowledge of the insurance rules and regulations in each state and insurance product Atlantic offers, as well as general insurance best practices to review and validate policy information. \n
- Develop an understanding of internal standards as well as regulatory requirements to adhere to compliance requirements. \n
- Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service. \n
- Other duties and projects as assigned. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- 1-3 years experience in similar area like insurance operations, paralegal or legal assistant \n
- Bachelor's Degree \n
- Excellent attention to detail \n
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize \n
