Job description: Crew members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.

Responsibilities: Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service. Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations. Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment. POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy. Maintains clean workstations and guest areas. Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully.

Operational standards: Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures. Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency. Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.

Skills and qualifications: Fluent in English. Capable of counting money and making change. Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Work schedule: Day shift, night shift, weekend availability, holidays.
