Key Duties:

• Assessing patients' medical histories
• Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and addressing patient concerns
• Creating personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Setting clear objectives for patients and outlining expected outcomes
• Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
• Providing education to patients and their families about the physical therapy recovery process

Essential Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist License in good standing in Oklahoma
• Preferred one year of experience in outpatient orthopedics; however, new graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning abilities
• A commitment to being part of a team that values a service-oriented culture of excellence and lifelong learning
• A genuine passion for helping others in a fun and fulfilling environment

Educational Background:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Oklahoma
