Position Overview
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing benefits operations , including the implementation and administration of employee benefit programs.
- Experience managing benefits within a healthcare organization .
- Demonstrated expertise in plan design, evaluation, compliance, and implementation for:
- Health and welfare benefit programs
- Retirement plans, including pension, 401(k), and 403(b) programs
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive strategic benefits initiatives.
