Shifts: Combination of three 12-hour shifts per week including one 0800-2030 shift: 0500-1730, 0600-1830, 0700-1930, 0800-2030


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Post Anesthetic Care for a travel assignment in Morgantown, WV. This role requires proficiency in recovery processes following anesthesia and sedation for both inpatients and outpatients. You will be working in a dynamic acute care setting, focused around cardiovascular and thoracic procedures with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

• Provide pre-operative patient care and assessments
• Deliver post-anesthetic care and sedation recovery
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and response to treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage care plans following complex cardiothoracic and vascular procedures

Requirements of the RN - PACU- Post Anesthetic Care

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 1 year of PACU experience required
• Cardiac experience preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system
