Salary Range $17.35-$17.85 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location) Department Residential Employment Type Full Time Location Garland, TX Compensation $17.35 - $17.85 / hour Key Role Responsibilities Maintain property grounds on a daily basis according to company standard Ensure consistent upkeep of all exterior maintenance and debris disposal Organize and track all equipment used for grounds keeping services i.e. snow removal, lawn care, parking maintenance and pool operations Assist with cleaning of vacant units prior to move in’s Adhere to the company’s safety programs, policies and procedures Provide excellent customer service and create positive relationships with all residents and fellow team members Our Ideal Candidate Previous experience in janitorial or mechanical role (preferred) Excellent customer service skills Ability to effectively work in both a team and individual environment Ability to occasionally operate mechanical equipment Ability to follow thorough instructions provided by supervisor Minimum Qualifications Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state Benefits The company offers an array of outstanding health and wellness benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of service.
