Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Nissan vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, and emails.
• Maintain knowledge of current Nissan models, features, and promotions.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales in accordance with dealership policies.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and dealership events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
