Fleet Coordinator

Egan Company is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, administration, and logistical support of Egan's fleet of automobiles, pickup trucks, vans, and other fleet vehicles. This position maintains accurate fleet records, coordinates vehicle check-in and check-out, monitors vehicle condition and utilization, administers fleet tracking and leasing programs, and coordinates maintenance, repairs, cleaning, licensing, and vehicle disposition. The Fleet Coordinator works closely with drivers, Egan's repair garage, vendors, and internal departments to ensure fleet vehicles are properly maintained, available, compliant, and ready for use.

Working hours will be from 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the fleet vehicle database.
• Maintain fleet vehicle files and assure compliance with a vehicle check in/out procedure.
• Monitor fuel usage, maintenance, and operation of Egan's vehicle fleet.
• Assist with data entry, and internal correspondence.
• Coordinate the usage of Egan's loaner vehicles
• Work closely with Egan repair garage to schedule maintenance, repairs and inspections.
• Distribute license plates, tabs, insurance papers, and cab cards to drivers as required.
• Coordinate the sale of fleet vehicles
• Coordinate removal of existing graphics and identification.
• Coordinate and assist with the cleaning of fleet vehicles
• Assist with new fleet vehicle purchases, upfit, delivery etc
• Operation and administration of GPS vehicle tracking system, ensuring accuracy and function
• Prepare and distribute fleet reports and analysis as needed.
• Administration of fleet leasing program
• Coordinate pick up and or deliver fleet vehicles wherever they are needed
• Perform other fleet-related duties and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Position requirements include:

• Must have a valid drivers license
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two Year AA or four-year BA degree in a business-related program preferred

Minimum qualifications include:

• Minimum of three years of administrative support experience, specifically related to vehicles (dealerships, repair shops, service vehicles).
• Ability to use basic computer skills - including basic functions in Email, MS Word, Excel, and Google Suites.
• Ability to create Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and work within databases (SQL reports, Great Plains or other accounting software).
• Knowledge of the construction industry is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to foresee events and anticipate changes in conditions and operations to the greatest extent possible and react to these appropriately.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

Pay Range: $24.50 - $35.00 per hour (subject to such factors as experience, education, and/or skill set) plus potential annual discretionary bonus.
