What You'll Do

As a Store Associate you will be responsible for:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Providing friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout
• Suggesting additional products to enhance guest purchases
• Addressing guest concerns with urgency and involving managers as needed
• Fostering a team-oriented, respectful work environment
• Helping keep our stores stocked & fresh
• Ensuring food and beverage items are available and up to quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas and following all safety regulations
• Restocking shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed
• Keeping it clean & organized
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment inside and out
• Completing regular cleaning tasks to ensure a great experience for guests
• Assisting in inventory management and restocking

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations
