Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Previous experience as a Nursing - ORT or Surgical Tech in a hospital or surgical center setting
• Proficiency in standard surgical instrumentation, sterile technique, and OR protocols
• Strong communicator with adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain operating rooms, ensuring all instruments and supplies are sterile and ready
• Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, anticipating needs for instruments and materials
• Monitor and enforce sterile field at all times
• Manage pre-op and post-op equipment setup and breakdown
• Foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary surgical team
