Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a welcoming K-12 school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and special education professionals. Interviews are being scheduled now!

Position Details

• 2026-2027 School Year
• Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
• On-Site
• K-12 Caseload (assigned based on experience and district needs)
• Interview process conducted via Zoom

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student success

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP License
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
