- Schedule: Monday–Friday some Saturdays
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Pay: $17-$19
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable Plastic Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment while maintaining standards for safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will follow established procedures, maintain a clean work area, and support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment daily and meet established production standards.
- Maintain accurate machine and production logs.
- Perform periodic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Clean and maintain the workstation as needed.
- Follow all safety and operating procedures.
- Support a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and production procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes/boots .
