Bluffton Overnight Care Professional - (8-12 Hour Shift)

Bluffton Area - Overnight Care Professional Join our team as an Overnight Care Professional providing attentive, non‑medical care to an elderly client currently living in an assisted living facility located in Bluffton. At Dawson and Dawson, our overnight caregivers are the backbone of our 24‑hour care model. You'll bring peace of mind to families knowing their loved ones are safe, comfortable, and well‑cared for through every hour of the night. Available Overnight Shifts:

7 PM – 7 AM

8 PM – 8 AM

Shift differentials offered on a case‑by‑case basis. Base rate determined by experience. What You'll Do Monitor client safety, comfort, and well‑being throughout the night, responding promptly to any needs that arise Provide attentive overnight care and support, including assistance with grooming, dressing, bathing, and activities of daily living (ADLs) Deliver compassionate, specialized care for an elderly Dementia client who currently resides in an assisted living facility Issue medication reminders in accordance with each client's prescribed nighttime schedule Accurately document all overnight care services, including care notes, ADLs, and any incident or change‑of‑condition reports What We're Looking For Genuine availability and reliability for overnight shifts — this role requires you to be alert and engaged throughout the night Previous caregiver experience required Ability to stay calm, focused, professional, and responsive during nighttime hours and in emergency situations Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care Strong communication skills, judgment, professionalism, and an ability to document and report overnight observations clearly Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Vision Insurance Dental Insurance If you're dependable, caring, and ready to make a real difference during the hours that matter most — we want to hear from you.
