Location: Hybrid (Corolla & Duck, NC) | Reports to: Marketing Manager

The Opportunity:

At Twiddy & Company, we believe exceptional photography is one of the most powerful tools for connecting guests with their perfect vacation home. We’re looking for a talented Real Estate Photographer to join our Marketing team and help showcase some of the most sought-after vacation rentals on the Outer Banks.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in producing high-quality photography with quick turnaround times.

What You’ll Do

• Photograph vacation rental properties throughout the Outer Banks

• Capture professional interior and exterior images that highlight each home’s unique features and appeal

• Edit and deliver polished photo galleries within established turnaround times

• Manage a high volume of property shoots while maintaining quality and consistency

• Coordinate scheduling and communication with homeowners and internal teams

• Help ensure every property is presented at its absolute best online

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate, architectural, hospitality, or interior photography

• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and image editing

• Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

• Experience using DSLR or mirrorless camera systems

• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple shoots and deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional work

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Bonus: Drone photography experience, FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (or willingness to obtain certification), experience photographing luxury homes, vacation rentals, or hospitality properties
