Maintenance Technician

Overview Maintenance Technician Full-time position with health, dental, 401k, vacation benefits, uniforms, company vehicle, company cell phone, and bonus potential. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to maintenance requests as instructed by the Maintenance Coordinator and property staff. This position ensures that the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s established standards and any applicable laws. Responsibilities Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.) Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.) Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed Skills/Qualifications Reliable transportation and valid driver license Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices High School diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16 - $21 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
