As a Security Officer Patrol Ambassador in Detroit, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 04:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur: 04:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 04:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 12:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Observe and report suspicious activity and/or unusual conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal management. Document routine activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
