Customer Service Representative
PrideStaff on behalf of a client located in Fort Lauderdale is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional assistance to their clients on events! Please apply now if you meet the qualifications and looking for an opportunity to grow!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register event attendees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist in the setup of event spaces
- Assist in the distribution of materials, handouts, or promotional items.
- Provide directional assistance and answer questions from guests and participants.
- Collaborate with the event coordination team to address any issues or needs that arise during the event.
Requirements:
- Experience in events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to event setup.
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
