MyMichigan Health has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the School Based Care program in Alma Public Schools!
Full-time
3-days in Alma school clinic, 2 days in Breckenridge Family Medicine office
Alma School Based Clinic:
- 8 patients per day average
- Clinic is open year-round for students of the school district
Family Medicine Breckenridge:
- Acute visits typical of walk-in clinics
- No patient panel
- No call requirement
Certifications and Licensures:
- AHA approved BLS Certification
- Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
Required Education:
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
- Experience preferred, new graduates will be considered
Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health credentialing process.
