IT Helpdesk Technician: Windows & AD Support, On-Site

Ufp-Technologies in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a full-time Helpdesk Technician responsible for supervising the helpdesk system and resolving IT-related issues while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience supporting Windows 10/11 and a working knowledge of Active Directory. This position is on-site, requiring candidates to be within commuting distance.
