Now Hiring – Pest Control Technicians, Supervisors, & Administrative Staff

Stafford Unlimited LLC is a growing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) company serving commercial, institutional, municipal, healthcare, residential, and transit clients across NYC, Long Island and Westchester .

As we expand our operations and prepare for new contracts, we are seeking qualified professionals across multiple roles to join our team.

Pest Control Technicians (Field Roles)

Positions Available

• Licensed Pest Control Technicians

• Night Shift Technicians (institutional / transit / large facilities)

• Commercial & Residential Technicians

• Rodent, Bed Bug, Termite, and IPM Specialists

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control and IPM services at assigned locations

• Rodent control, monitoring, exclusion, and documentation

• Bed bug inspections and treatments (where applicable)

• Accurate service reporting (mobile apps, logs, photos)

• Maintain safety, compliance, and customer communication standards

Requirements

• Valid NYS DEC and/or NJDEP Pest Control License (required for technician roles)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Reliable transportation

Night shift availability is a plus but not required for all roles.

Supervisors & Operations Management

Positions Available

• Lead Technician / Field Supervisor

• Night Operations Supervisor

• Project / Account Manager (IPM, municipal, healthcare, transit)

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and field operations

• Ensure quality control, compliance, and documentation

• Coordinate schedules, routes, and special requests

• Serve as client and contract point of contact

• Support onboarding and training of new staff

Requirements

• Pest control field experience (supervisory preferred)

• Active license strongly preferred

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Experience with commercial, municipal, or institutional accounts a plus

️ Administrative & Office Roles

Positions Available

• Administrative Assistant

• Office / Operations Coordinator

• Compliance & Documentation Support

• Scheduling / Dispatch Support

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and field staff

• Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and reporting

• Maintain compliance documents and service records

• Communicate with clients and internal teams

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable with computers, software, and documentation

• Prior office or operations experience preferred
