Job Description

Urology – Santa Rosa, California Assignment Schedule & Call

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call Type: Beeper Call
Call Frequency: ~7–10 days per month
After-Hours / Weekend Callbacks: Avg. 3–5 times per week
Call Ratio: 1:4
Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Coverage Model: Scheduled clinic hours + call

Practice Details

Clinic Location: Across from hospital
Patients per Shift: 20–25
EMR: Epic

Licensure & Credentialing

License:
California License – Preferred
Will consider providers willing to obtain CA license

Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years) – Required Certifications (Required)
ACLS
BLS

Key Notes for Recruiter Calls

Onsite during weekday clinic hours despite beeper call designation
Frequent after-hours hospital callbacks should be expected
