Senior Human Resources Coordinator

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Rate: $25$28 per hour

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Coordinator to support a high-volume HR department with onboarding, employee transactions, HR administration, and employee support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of Human Resources and takes pride in keeping processes organized, accurate, and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume onboarding and offboarding activities
• Process employee lifecycle transactions and maintain accurate records
• Manage employee files, HR documentation, and compliance-related paperwork
• Track onboarding requirements, acknowledgments, and required forms
• Provide administrative support for payroll and benefits processes
• Update and maintain HRIS records and employee data
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
• Assist with resume screening and recruiting coordination as needed
• Support special projects, including employee file audits and organization

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Coordination, or HR Administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and service-oriented approach
• Comfortable working with transactional and detail-driven processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems

Preferred Experience

• High-volume onboarding and offboarding
• HRIS administration and employee record management
• Resume screening and recruiting support
• Payroll or benefits administration support
• Employee file audits and compliance documentation
