Shift Lead Opportunity At Nothing Bundt Cakes

Our top priority at Nothing Bundt Cakes is our guests. As a shift lead you sweeten up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You'll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You'll make everyone feel welcomed, and you'll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community. You will manage a small team, keeping on tasks, completing orders to our highest standards, correcting mistakes, supporting where and when needed and helping our guests. Your responsibility is making sure day to day operations is running smoothly, opening and closing registers, managing some inventory, and restocking shelves.

Compensation: $16.00 - $16.75 per hour
