Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Designer for Growth Design to shape discovery, onboarding, and engagement across surfaces. You’ll turn vague business goals into clear design strategy and partner with Product, Eng and Design to drive the roadmap. Expect high-velocity experimentation, system thinking, and the ability to present multiple directions with data-driven storytelling to executives.
