Hotel & Resort Asset Management Manager

Melton Hospitality Advisors seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations for select hotel and resort advisory engagements. You will oversee property-level performance reviews, coordinate asset management initiatives, support underwriting and feasibility analyses, and act as a key liaison between ownership groups, operators, and internal consultants. This role manages project timelines, financial reporting, and client communications while driving service quality and revenue optimization.
