Votre rôle ne sera pas juste de "tenir la compta", mais de structurer, améliorer et faire évoluer.
Vos missions :
Pilotage comptable
* Supervision de la comptabilité générale et auxiliaire du groupe
* Gestion et sécurisation des clôtures mensuelles et trimestrielles
* Révision des comptes avec les équipes internes et les filiales
* Production d'une information financière fiable et dans les délais
Fiscalité & conformité
* Supervision des déclarations fiscales : TVA, IS, CVAE…
* Veille au respect des obligations légales et statutaires
* Suivi des dossiers d'assurances
Coordination & management
* Encadrement de 2 comptables (clients / fournisseurs)
* Organisation des priorités et montée en compétences de l'équipe
* Interlocuteur privilégié des filiales sur les sujets comptables
Amélioration continue & projets
* Structuration des process dans un contexte de changement d'ERP (Microsoft Business Central)
* Mise en place de procédures et de contrôles internes
* Participation à la consolidation groupe en normes françaises
Le poste est à pourvoir en intérim à la suite d'un arrêt maladie. L'équipe a besoin d'un responsable comptable sur le long terme.
Conditions & avantages
* 40K€ à 45K€ brut annuel selon profil
* Statut cadre - forfait 218 jours
* 11 RTT
* Télétravail possible (après période d'intégration)
* Localisation : Poste basé en proche des Herbiers
Formation & expérience
* Bac+3 à Bac+5 en comptabilité / finance
* Expérience en cabinet + entreprise appréciée
* Expérience en environnement multi-sociétés ou groupe = un vrai plus
Compétences clés
* Maîtrise de la comptabilité générale et des clôtures
* Bonne culture fiscale
* À l'aise avec les outils / ERP (idéalement Business Central)
* Capacité à structurer et améliorer les process
Savoir-être
* Dynamique, impliqué(e), orienté(e) solutions
* Capable de prendre des sujets en main rapidement
* Bon relationnel, esprit d'équipe
* À l'aise dans un environnement en transformation
Une première expérience en management est un plus, mais pas indispensable.
