Duties and Responsibilities: Perform inspections using Romer Arm, Faro Arm, CMM, and other quality inspection equipment commonly used in a machine shop environment. Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet customer and industry requirements. Verify parts using GD&T principles and dimensional measurement techniques. UtilizePolyWorksand other inspection software to collect, analyze, and report dimensional data. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Maintain inspection records and quality documentationin accordance with company and customer standards. Support production teams byidentifyingquality concerns andassistingwith corrective actions when needed.
