Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be committed to providing high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes or communal living environments.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
Assist with medication reminders and ensure compliance with prescribed care plans.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.
Document and report any changes in clients' conditions or needs to the appropriate personnel.
Support clients in mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities, promoting an active lifestyle.
Collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
Reliable transportation may be required depending on client locations.
Must pass background checks and screening as required.
