Contractor will be responsible for doing preventive maintenance on equipment and assist in clearing drains replacing light bulbs along with small mechanical issues.

We further support you and your staff with an assigned crew to complete your general maintenance work orders and special requests, all at an affordable hourly rate.
We provide our clients with quality work, affordable pricing, teamwork, scheduled route programs, and the knowledge of how to produce quality projects to help you better manage your daily facility maintenance demands. We also perform proposals for larger scale projects upon approval.
