Vice President, Marketing

Our collections are driven by a creative vision that values innovation and storytelling, appealing to a discerning clientele seeking standout pieces. The Vice President of Marketing will lead the business and operational side of marketing, partnering closely with the creative team to translate concepts into cohesive campaigns. This role owns marketing execution, customer journey optimization, and cross-functional coordination with e-commerce while taking creative direction from the office of the Creative Director. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented operator who thrives in a creatively driven environment. Responsibilities Serve as the senior marketing leader focused on execution, planning, and business performance rather than creative authorship. Partner closely with the Creative Director’s office, translating campaign concepts into comprehensive marketing plans and go-to-market execution. Oversee the broader marketing function, including social media, events, partnerships, influencer programs, and related manager-level talent. Collaborate with e-commerce and digital marketing leadership to ensure brand storytelling, paid/digital activity, CRM, and site experience are fully aligned. Build and refine an evergreen marketing engine, improving campaign consistency, operational rigor, and performance tracking. Potentially manage the Director of Digital Marketing/E-commerce role and support the integration of that function into the overall marketing strategy. Requirements Proven senior marketing operator with a business-minded approach, more operator than traditional creative CMO. Comfortable working in a creatively led organization where creative direction resides above the role. Strong strategic thinker and cross-functional leader with exceptional planning and execution skills. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred; direct jewelry experience is a plus but not required. Appreciation for distinctive, unconventional brands rather than classic or conservative positioning.
