We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure products consistently meet customer expectations and industry standards. The Quality Control Manager will work closely with production and management teams to drive quality performance, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, policies, and standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and evaluations to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor quality personnel to promote a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports related to quality performance and compliance.
• Drive root cause analysis and support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
