Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members on wireless products, services, and customer engagement techniques.
• Monitor team performance through sales metrics and customer feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
• Stay informed about the latest wireless industry trends, products, and promotions to effectively educate customers and team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, wireless technology, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or wireless technology are a plus.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales quotas.

Salary/Benefits:

• Base Salary Range $14.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days

Environment & Physical Demands:

• Ability to occasionally lift 10 to 25 pounds.
• Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
