Clinic Manager

Thrive Autism Services is a specialty agency for children with autism spectrum disorder, with both in-clinic and in-home services. We service clients with behavior, cognitive, developmental needs from 18 months into adulthood. We offer caring ABA therapy centered around the client’s voice and experience. Clinic Manager What You'll Do Job Summary The Clinic Manager supports the daily operations of the clinic while providing leadership, training, and support to BTs/RBTs. This role works closely with the Clinical Director to ensure efficient clinic operations, strong team performance, and a positive experience for clients and families. Key Responsibilities Support the Clinical Director with daily clinic operations, scheduling, staffing, and coverage. Open and assist with closing the clinic as needed. Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to BTs/RBTs. Provide behavioral support and feedback to staff during client sessions. Provide 1:1 client coverage when needed to maintain clinic schedules. Ensure BT/RBT compliance with session notes, data collection, and treatment protocols. Communicate professionally with families regarding schedules, updates, and clinic needs. Assist with client materials, morning meetings, family tours, and interviews. Monitor clinic supplies and help maintain a clean, organized environment. Assist with resolving staff concerns and maintaining a positive, collaborative team culture. What We're Looking For Active RBT certification with at least 1 year of RBT experience . Previous leadership and/or training experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to mentor and support staff in a fast-paced clinical environment. Positive, collaborative, and flexible approach. Experience training BTs/RBTs preferred. Administrative or clinic operations experience preferred. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., plus approximately 4 Saturdays per year. $60,000 annual salary Supportive clinical leadership and ongoing collaboration Professional growth opportunities Why Thrive?
