Ambulatory Clinic RN: Telehealth Care Navigator

Providence Swedish Medical Group is hiring a Clinic RN to provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care and teaching needs for patients across the lifespan. In collaboration with the care team, you will ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations while delivering patient-focused, whole-person care.
