What You Will Do: Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents; taking and defending depositions; SIU/EUO experience is a plus. Collaborate with partners and associates to develop effective case strategies. Prepare for and argue motions and oppositions; handle trial preparation and manage a diverse case load. Preferably have courtroom and jury trial experience. Our Practice Areas Include: General Liability Defense, Casualty Insurance, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation, Construction Defects, Homeowners.
